"I'd say success is more than putting your all in or doing a good job. Success is more than accomplishing goals. Success for me is when everyone on a team embraces the right attitude, and has a true sense of accomplishment through camaraderie and collaboration. Success is when everyone is looking forward to coming back to work the next day. This is something I believe is easily achieved on a daily basis. Positivity and the right attitude are contagious and attainable. The energy created from collaboration invigorates me. One person can feel a sense of accomplishment for something they've done, and that's great. It feels good to have done something individually and to be recognized for it. But when you're a part of something bigger, and the entire team is resonating with each other, that creates this energy that nothing can compare with. It feels like you're on the winning team. Every contributor recognizes every contribution. That kind of camaraderie feels great."

Share how you weigh success and what success means to you across all fronts; short-term goals, long-term goals, and the big picture. Remain impartial and confident, keeping your face and posture relaxed and your body language open and at ease. Be mindful of the nonverbal cues of nervous or stressful behavior, such as fidgeting, which could include any small movements of your hands or feet, swaying, shifting your weight, rocking or tilting back in your chair, leaning, straightening and freezing your posture, cradling your neck with one or both hands, crossing your arms, cracking your knuckles or biting your nails.
