My greatest strength is I'm a fantastic problem-solver. And when some people might feel defeated by difficult circumstances, I'm very positive and determined to find solutions. As a production manager, you can constantly be facing a vast range of different problems, so having this quality is extremely helpful. And I find when I'm meeting stressful conditions and tight deadlines, I am even more effective.
I'm very good at bringing the right people together.

My greatest strength is my curiosity about how things work and how they can be made better. Why do things, do we need to do them and should we change things?
Marcie's Feedback
So your greatest strength is your inquisitive nature and desire to improve products and processes? Awesome. Any interviewer will be interested in that. Now how exactly will you do this at Red Bull? Provide more details about how you plan to do this at the company once you're hired. Also, to support your assertion, consider including an example of a time when you proactively optimized a product/process. Nice job!
