When I worked at _________ and worked during the stores opening hours, I would make sure to arrive about fifteen to twenty minutes early in order to best prepare the restaurant for a busy day of customers. This included doing things like cleaning tables and sweeping the floors of any trash which made my coworkers have an easier time when they arrived to work and my manager noticed this and was very grateful.

I was in charge of 4 people; 2 of them did not get along which caused issues, particularly at the period end with who did what. I initiated a Friday afternoon cakes meeting and I got to realize the issue was due to both having study time issues. I implemented a schedule of who did what and when to allow for exams etc. and assured both colleagues that their studies were paramount.
Marcie's Feedback
Nice! This is a good example to use here. Can you give more details about where this took place? (In school?) In what way were your teammates not getting along? Why were you in charge of them? How exactly did you realize the problem? Finally, and most importantly, did your new schedule fix the issue and ultimately make the team more efficient? Talk more about how you monitored your teammates to make sure they followed the schedule and how this ended up improving the situation. Then conclude your answer by reminding the interviewer that you look forward to identifying and creating efficiencies in their company. Good job!
