"I've gotten better at handling stress over the years and consider myself to be quite calm under high-pressure situations. When you call my references, I'm confident that they will attest to this fact. I aim to focus on the task at hand and make sure not to get distracted. I find working under a deadline is quite helpful, and I will delegate when necessary to alleviate some stress."

"I think of myself as being resilient when faced with stress and believe this is because of my experience working in a management role in a fast-paced environment for over a decade. Under times of extreme stress, I make sure to give myself a breather whether that be a quick walk around the block or a couple of minutes on the phone with my wife who is great at bringing me back down to earth."

I handle stress very well. I do a great job of staying calm when under pressure and focusing on the task at hand. Stress is involved in every situation whether at school like I'm currently doing or working in a busy restaurant. There are always stressful situations and I pride myself on being able to stay calm and think clearly during those situations.

Cindy's Feedback
