What You Need to Know
This question will offer insights into the level of your ambition. It'll reveal how familiar you are with Nike. It will also reveal how familiar you are with the company and the position and how your future aligns with them. Prior to the interview, perform deep research into the company. Come up with several directions you'd like to take your career should they grant you the opportunity. This way, you'll be well prepped should this question present itself.

"Hopefully learning new aspects of my industry by partnering with a company that values me as much as I value them. I'm looking for a company that fosters innovation and developing every member of their team who exhibits ambition and determination towards growth. I'm interested in working for a company that has plenty of room for growth within. I've brought my five-year career plan. I'm gonna grab that so I can list off the goal and accomplishments I've set out for myself, and show you the timeframes I've accomplished each goal in. This was I can demonstrate to you what I accomplished and how I did so."
