QUESTION 10 OF 34

Culture fit is important to us at Netflix. How would you describe your personality?

Netflix has an entire document available online related to the culture they have created within their organization. The more you read, the more you will see that their model is for people who ask for excellence from themselves, their employer, and their colleagues.

These are the ways that Netflix aims to create a culture of excellence:

- Encourage independent decision-making by employees
- Share information openly, broadly, and deliberately
- Be extraordinarily candid with each other
- Keep only highly effective people
- Avoid rules

Discuss with the interviewer how you would describe your personality, keeping these core needs and values in mind.

"I would describe myself as a doer. I like to give and receive feedback, which I implement immediately. I am adaptable and not stuck on particular rules. I believe in flexibility and creativity while remaining considerate to my employer and coworkers."

"I believe my personality will fit well with the Netflix culture since I am an independent decision-maker who widely accepts and implements feedback."

"If I'm fortunate enough to get my foot in the door at Netflix, you'll quickly find that I am a team-focused person that is always respectful to my colleagues. I'm a great communicator that would bring a passionate and curious approach to my work at all times, all while having the desire to develop my skills here."
