"What interests me most about your company is that there are so many options when it comes to career growth. Ideally, I would like to earn my way into a team lead role, then a Product Manager position in the Data, Analytics, and Algorithms department. I am interested in Cloud Infrastructure and would like to immerse myself in manipulating and analyzing data programmatically through Python, R, Spark, Scala, SQL, and more. Of course, I understand that this will take many years of dedication and hard work."

Ryan Brunner has over ten years of experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in the healthcare, public service, and private manufacturing/distribution industries.
"This is a great question that I've put a lot of thought into when considering a new role. First and foremost, a fun and engaging atmosphere is important to me, and everything I've heard and learned from you today on Netflix makes me confident I've found that here. Knowing that I'd be joining an amazing environment, I would love a potential career at Netflix to help me develop new skills in data analysis and content editing. I'm willing and ready to further my education."

Great answer! The interviewer will appreciate your enthusiasm about their company and the country lead position in particular. You might want to consider adding more details to your answer to make it more memorable. For example, the question specifically mentions the company's interest in "highly ambitious people." Consider adding a few sentences that emphasize how you are a driven person by nature and then give an example or two of times when you've shown how motivated you are. Also, offer an explanation of why you are so interested in the country lead position in particular.
