With an international background from both studies and work, I've cooperated with various diverse groups of people and learned how culture plays a role in performance. For instance, Asian cultures are known to be collectivistic, whereas European countries tend to be individualistic. Working in teams, one has to consider how each person's traits stem from their culture and collaborate with that in mind.

Each project I work on has more of a focus on the inclusion of varying perspectives and life experiences. The last project involved a 24 person team from 12 countries, for an event holding 200 people from 40 countries.
