Have you ever had to contact Netflix customer support? If so, describe your experience.

"I have heard many excellent things about Netflix customer service. I have had three amazing experiences and one average one, which was a one-off. I had called a few times after receiving error codes that I could not figure out. The wait time was short, and the agent was knowledgeable and energetic."

"Thankfully, my Netflix service has always worked seamlessly. I like that you have various support methods, and I hear that the wait time is quite short."

"I never have, but a couple of friends told me about their customer services experiences when I told them I was interviewing with Netflix. They had nothing but great things to see, including a very short wait time and total responsiveness. With these thoughts and what I've learned today from you, it's easy to see that this organization is focused on their customers."
