I am a current employee at Lockheed Martin and as a company, they have put a focus on work/life balance. While at work I focus my attention on my responsibilities and tasks. I tend to stay on schedule so burnout hasn't been an issue. I get adequate time at home with my family and they get my full attention when I'm with them.
