Walk your interviewer through a couple of ways you feel you can directly contribute to the diversity of Lockheed Martin and how your contributions will serve to strengthen the company.

For example, a candidate interviewing for a non-managerial role might discuss their approach to supporting their teammates and/or their participation in diversity councils, or various business resource groups. A leadership role candidate might describe their approach to ensuring all of their teams are properly educated in this area and have the time to fully participate in related programs.
