"I am a highly trustworthy person. My background includes many years of experience working on sensitive projects. I fully understand the desire that Lockheed Martin has to protect their data and am more than willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. I would like the opportunity to read it fully prior to offer acceptance, but I do not anticipate any issues."

"Yes, I am willing to sign a confidentiality agreement with Lockheed Martin, anytime in this process. I have worked under similar agreements for previous employers."

Assure the interviewer that you are a trustworthy individual who can handle being under a confidentiality agreement with Lockheed Martin, if hired. If necessary, it is acceptable to state that you would like to review the agreement before accepting an offer.
