Then, I look at their dates of employment to see if they have changed jobs frequently. Next, I look at their job title and the industries they have worked for to ensure their career progression makes sense. I also want to know if they have worked for my client in the past. If they pass these initial checks, I will call them for a prescreen telephone interview."
