I would say bureaucracy is a huge challenge at times. I could be held back or delayed a lot because of over-complicated approval processes or being part of a large machine that is very slow to react at times. Those challenges test your patience a lot.

Beuaracracy and "red tape" are a very understandable challenge! This is a great start, but I suggest developing your response more to show how you've overcome this. Yes, it has tested your patience, but how did you overcome it or work around it? What was the outcome?
