Anonymous Answer
I tend to keep my communication formal and to the point. We all have enough emails to read through so I prefer to be direct and precise to limit any misinterpretation. I also want to ensure that anything that can't be solved via email can be accomplished by scheduling a quick meeting or phone call. When doing projects or understanding the processes you are involved with, excellent communication is a must.
