I give it my best to be a 10. That is not only to others but also to myself. I never mislead anyone on where I am on a task and believe in full transparency and building trust within the team. I'm also completely honest with myself where if I don't know how to do something, I have no problems reaching out for assistance. That's what a strong team does for each other.

Stephanie's Feedback

I try to be transparent in my workings and transactions where ever necessary.
Nevertheless, I try to provide a background for which I am seeking information or providing the information. This helps me to build trust among my peers and stakeholders.
Marcie's Feedback
Nice! Just don't forget to actually rank yourself between 1 and 10 since that's what the question directly asks you to do. Otherwise, the interviewer will appreciate that you're honest and straightforward with others. Good job!
