On a scale from 1 to 10, how honest are you?
Do you feel that you are a very honest person or do you have room for growth? This is a tricky question. No one is ever 100% honest. This question more so probes your integrity and your intentions. The semantics of your answer may reveal more about your intentions so choose your words with care. Back up your reply by touching on your personal ethics.
"I would love to give myself a 10/10 for honesty but truthfully - nobody is 100% honest all of the time. I will give myself an 9 because I always do my best to be as honest as possible."

I give it my best to be a 10. That is not only to others but also to myself. I never mislead anyone on where I am on a task and believe in full transparency and building trust within the team. I'm also completely honest with myself where if I don't know how to do something, I have no problems reaching out for assistance. That's what a strong team does for each other.
