It's everything and I'm always looking for ways to make it better. As a virtual employee, I really think that makes you work even harder at being an effective communicator and developing relationships with the people you work with. I don't have the luxury of walking down the hall or having lunch with co-workers to have those conversations. My job is essentially finding solutions and communicating those to the relevant audience.
