I would say having an innovative mindset and openness on how I can improve things to make a difference. I'm always thinking about process improvement and automation opportunities. I have good experience in a variety of roles from manufacturing production planning, supply chain operations, CI, IT consulting, and project management. Finally being a good teammate is something I've always deeply cared about and it reflects in my professional relationships with my teams.
