"The perfect balance of work and life is difficult to achieve 100% of the time; however, I feel that in order to achieve a satisfactory balance, one must have hobbies outside of the workplace that they find fulfilling. These don't have to take up a lot of time but they should help to energize you. For me, I like to go mountain biking on the weekends."

It can be a juggling act at times, but I'm a person that definitely needs that balance. Working virtually gives me the flexibility to accomplish a lot of tasks off hrs if needed if I have something to do personally. As a person who has many hobbies and is always on the go, I treasure a good balance for mental health.

For example: "Balancing work and life can be a juggling act at times. I am a high performer at work, but I'm also someone who truly values the balance between my career and the rest of my life..." etc
