I feel motivated when I am able to impactfully contribute to anything. When it comes to work- new challenges, a healthy work environment, opportunity to experiment and innovate keeps me upbeat. I am motivated when I am able to meet set targets within deadlines as it gives me a sense of accomplishment and confidence. Also, working well as a part of team and leading other team members to success gives a sense of content.
