I would say, combination of both- creativity and analytical skills is innate to me with slight bent towards analytics. Possessing an experience in analytics and e-commerce industry enables me to minutely analyze the situation, think of resolution/insights and act upon it. Multiple things like planning collection launch events and customer strategy bit require innovation and creativity for exemplary success.

I believe having the ability to be creative and analytical will ensure the success of this role. There is a great deal of creativity involved in being analytical; to adequately analyze a situation and devise numerous resolutions requires both skills. I tend to be more analytical by nature, as systemic processes assist me in carrying out projects like collection launches and customer strategies more efficiently.

I think I am a good mix of both. I am looking for creative ways to enhance the quality of customer service. Still, I also like to look to test my ideas from an analytical perspective to understand the feasibility of that idea. I want to dig deeper than the surface of things.
