Having a workplace with diverse people onboard inspires creativity, drives innovation and strengthens it. 'Be Yourself' is a great approach as it empowers employees to try out experiments, apply their unique knowledge, skill-set and cultural sensitivity to drive higher quality and targeted marketing.

I believe the last line adequately conveys your sentiments. I changed "targeted" to "mindful," as this may be a more appropriate term within the context of diversity.

It is quite important to be myself. As an employee, It makes me feel free and confident to hear from the company "It is okay to be yourself. " Also, I believe that when a great mix of people come together to share knowledge, experience, and ideas, success stories and amazing things come out.
