"I would describe my personality as approachable, energetic, and positive. I would also classify myself as bold - I'm willing to take risks in order to achieve higher and better results, ultimately for the good of the company and the good of the consumer. I'm encouraged that H&M says it has built its workplace on trust, respect, inclusiveness and integrity, because I believe that kind of environment fits my personality well."
