Personality and character are two very different things. The interviewer is looking for more information on your personal traits vs. your integrity. This would include buzzwords such as introverted, energetic, and confident.
"I would describe my personality as approachable, energetic, and positive. I would also classify myself as bold - I'm willing to take risks in order to achieve higher and better results, ultimately for the good of the company and the good of the consumer. I'm encouraged that H&M says it has built its workplace on trust, respect, inclusiveness and integrity, because I believe that kind of environment fits my personality well."

I try to understand well their problems. I'm imaginative in the sense that I'm always looking for new ways to approach issues and new ideas to test out. And then I'm logical in the sense that I want data and results to know for sure that what my imagination comes up with is truly feasible.
