Incentive Program is a good way to inspire, recognize and reward productive behavior that drive results of any business. H&M's program encourages and rewards its employees' everyday commitment and long-term involvement, irrespective of the employee working in an online/offline team or as a full-time/part-time employee.

This is a good start, but explaining how you feel about the program is what the interviewer wants.
I have experience with incentive programs in the past and have witnessed their value to inspire, recognize, and reward productivity. I take pride in my work daily and appreciate it when an employer offers incentive programs, but I am steadfastly committed to quality work with or without the added perks.
