How do you feel about the H&M Incentive Program?

"I feel that, in general, performance incentives are a great idea. They keep an employee motivated to do a great job and ensure that they are on top of their KPI's. The majority of people are very enthused about being rewarded for their successes. Specifically, I find the H&M program energizing; I love that H&M recognizes the importance of incentivizing its team members to stay and contribute their best work toward H&M's success."
