"I feel that, in general, performance incentives are a great idea. They keep an employee motivated to do a great job and ensure that they are on top of their KPI's. The majority of people are very enthused about being rewarded for their successes. Specifically, I find the H&M program energizing; I love that H&M recognizes the importance of incentivizing its team members to stay and contribute their best work toward H&M's success."

Incentive Program is a good way to inspire, recognize and reward productive behavior that drive results of any business. H&M's program encourages and rewards its employees' everyday commitment and long-term involvement, irrespective of the employee working in an online/offline team or as a full-time/part-time employee.

This is a good start, but explaining how you feel about the program is what the interviewer wants.

I have experience with incentive programs in the past and have witnessed their value to inspire, recognize, and reward productivity. I take pride in my work daily and appreciate it when an employer offers incentive programs, but I am steadfastly committed to quality work with or without the added perks.

During our personal life, we define long-term and short-term goals. To accomplish them, we wake up with excitement. Goals keep us awake, energetic, curious, diligent, and enthusiastic. Similar to this, during our professional life, we define our end-of-year goals aligning with the company's strategy with our manager. Moving towards these goals keeps us proactive while doing our job. It is also important in terms of increasing the loyalty of both the team and ourselves to the company and acquiring long-term teammates.
