So far, I have been quite lucky to be a part of great teams where members support each other, promote learning, are result-oriented, and hard working. I possess good coordination and judgment skills which helps me analyze the situation and act accordingly. I am a responsible, dependable and reliable person which portray characteristics of a great team player. I am excited to become a member of H&M team where I can learn from diverse set of people around.

I have been fortunate to work with strong teams in the past. As a result, I have built my confidence as a team player. I believe I positively contribute to a team atmosphere by being reliable, knowledgeable, open to trying new things, and knowing when to lead or support. There is a fine dance when working in a team, and have experienced great success when teams are collaborative, result-oriented, and open to learning. My extensive experience working in a team will be a great asset to H&M.
