"I can tell that your customer service employees receive a great deal of training in the H&M approach. I've always had a positive customer experience at any of your brands' stores. My last visit, I was having trouble finding a specific product. As soon as I came across a customer service employee, they knew what I was looking for and found it for me right away. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly she was, and I would hope to emulate that, should I be hired."

It was my first visit to that particular store, and I was looking for a specific formal white footwear. I distinctly remember someone from store staff getting me that product in my size instead of just leading me there. I was impressed by the attitude and response. They were also aware of the product features which helped me decide quickly.

I recently visited a new location, and I was extremely happy with my experience. The floor displays and layout were atheistically pleased and well thought out. My shopping experience was very positive due to the customer service I received. When speaking with an employee, I was met with positive and open communication. The staff member brought me a product that suited my needs and had lots of product knowledge to assist my search further. Due to their help, I was able to make my product selections expeditiously.

One of my lovely experiences is that it's the only brand name that my 6-year-old daughter told me when she was 2.5 years old. When I go into any H&M store, I find all of my needs. I love the store's employee's behavior toward customers. When I moved to Poland, I installed the app and I realized that it is in Polish. But, I don't know Polish. I ask for help on each visit to the store. They are so patient.
