Being a part of dynamic e-commerce environment where events don't always happen as per plan, one needs to be very careful and nimble. I have seen times when a campaign was planned and everyone is aligned to it, but due to some external factors like competitor doing something similar or bigger, we have to hold it back. Usually, this happens because we are conscious about our marketing spends. I believe I will further be able to build these skills at H&M.
