I get excited when new challenges are presented in the workplace. It can be a new project, improvements, or training of a new employee. Working with a great and successful team has always motivated me. A problem to solve or a fresh obstacle to conquer is highly motivating for me. Apart from these, I feed myself by sharing my knowledge, leading and mentoring people, and teaching.
