"Our team is moving from JDE to Oracle. I was selected to be part of a project team to help with the implementation because I tend to be on the tech-savvy side. I have been building out the process for my function and incorporating feedback from my team so they feel a part of it. We are now in the testing phases before the go-live and everything is running smoothly. I'm excited for the new tools and features so we can do our jobs faster."

"I typically read various blogs and forums in related communities to see what trends are emerging and what new technology is available. I also research competitors regularly and read news articles that mention them to stay current. I have also networked with a lot of industry leaders and influencers on social media and LinkedIn, and I follow those connections so I can see what topics and trends they are posting about."
