I started playing around in our system with the different reporting features and was able to test and customize a report that could take the place of the manual report. "I volunteered for a small, local organization while I was in school. I noticed that the onboarding for new volunteers was very disorganized and chaotic. Once I got settled into my role there, I volunteered to create a streamlined onboarding process for new volunteers. It included an orientation schedule and agenda with different leaders covering certain topics. I also printed all of the paperwork and made packets so that everything was in one place. I did a survey of the new volunteers, and all rated the onboarding and orientation process as excellent!"
