Anonymous Answer

Building that Speed of Trust when you are in a new job is vital to building positive, trusting relationships. I am a completely honest and transparent person. I show people I care through my actions. I not only talk the talk but walk the walk. I am in a constant cycle of reflection and taking ownership of my choices. Those who work with me know that my focus is on results. I listen to other's ideas and make sure they are heard. People know they can count on me to get things done. But ultimately, I take the time to listen to others, give them my full attention, and just am overall a happy person.

Marcie's Feedback

Awesome! It sounds like you have plenty of the qualities and skills that will help you be successful in this role. You provide lots of ideas here as to how you'll build trusting relationships with others, which is great. Considering mentioning how you'll accomplish all of this early on. Will you walk around and personally introduce yourself to everyone? Will you establish expectations with those below you? Will you attend social events to get to know the team better?
