The topic of traditional face to face learning versus online learning a hot one! When you are asked to discuss a controversial topic in an interview it is best to avoid any offending statements or pushing any buttons. "I believe that both solutions can be effective depending on the end goal for the learners. For instance, if I want my learner to complete a brief course on on-boarding procedures, why not do it online? However, if you want a whole department trained on how to be more effective in the workplace, I think an onsite facilitator would be more beneficial ."
