At FanklinCovey we pride ourselves in offering the best training to a variety of different industries. What do you think makes effective training?

This is another questions that will show that you have done your research of the company. The interviewer wants to know that you are not only familiar with the training and education industry, but that you have your own thoughts on what can make a course excellent. If you have created a training course before share that. If you have taken an effective course before, share your experience.
