"Yes, I consider myself very competent in a high-pressure work environment and believe that I thrive in this area when most others struggle. In my current role, I often juggle many projects at one time and work with leaders from throughout the organization who can be very demanding and want things done immediately. To help alleviate unnecessary stress in these situations, I make sure that I communicate timelines in a fair manner and always deliver on my word. When handling many tasks at once, I keep myself organized and on a schedule each day to ensure that no deadlines are missed. No matter how rough things get, I always keep a smile on my face and a positive attitude. I also don't hesitate to step away and take a walk to help refresh my body and mind."
