How do you define success in your work?
If asked to define success during your interview, Doordash is looking to ultimately determine what kind of employee you would be if you were to join their team. Your interviewer wants to gain some insight into your work ethic and how hard you are willing to strive to meet goals. This question also may allow your interviewer to see how you prioritize your work. Before your interview, think about the achievements throughout your career that you are most proud of, and think about the process that you went through to achieve success. Be prepared to explain the full process to your interviewer.
"I define success by my ability to reach the goals that are set for me. On a personal level, these would be the things I wish to achieve in my life. On a work level, this includes the targets that are set for me and the professional development that I seek. In my current role, I work under both time and very lofty accuracy goals. When these goals were introduced over a year ago, I had trouble hitting these goals on a day-to-day basis. Over time, I developed the work processes that helped me greatly improved my time and accuracy came along with that with a laser-like focus."

Completing and Delivering an error-free working product on time, that performs to the requirements of my customer and goes above and beyond. At my present company, it is called "earning the letter". I feel that I am successful if my customer sees the value in what I have done and appreciates my work. Also, when I succeed, the organization I work for succeeds.
