Before your interview, think about the achievements throughout your career that you are most proud of, and think about the process that you went through to achieve success. Be prepared to explain the full process to your interviewer.

"I define success by my ability to reach the goals that are set for me. On a personal level, these would be the things I wish to achieve in my life. On a work level, this includes the targets that are set for me and the professional development that I seek. In my current role, I work under both time and very lofty accuracy goals. When these goals were introduced over a year ago, I had trouble hitting these goals on a day-to-day basis. Over time, I developed the work processes that helped me greatly improved my time and accuracy came along with that with a laser-like focus."
