"If I were fortunate enough to join the Doordash team, you will quickly discover that I am a people-person by nature and a person that loves to solve problems. I have found that I can work with all different personality types effectively, and I do so by approaching different personality types with unique strategies. If I can tell that a person is going to be hard-nosed and demanding, I let them do most of the talking initially and use my listening skills to hear what it is that they desire. I then use that information to work with them on finding solutions. If I encounter a timid person, I don't hesitate to take the lead on what options exist for them and then let them make decisions from there."
