Give me an example of a time that you went above and beyond the call of duty at work.

Doordash is fully committed to providing excellent service. To add to that philosophy, the company is always focused on continuous improvement. What this means for every staff member at Doordash is that going above and beyond the call of duty on the job is expected to provide great service. As they interview great candidates for this role, your interviewer will favor the candidate with a great attitude, often choosing them even if they aren't the most qualified. Assure the interviewer that you are willing to go above and beyond your regular duties to benefit the company as you talk about a time you did just this.
