"I certainly do not regret the direction I have taken in my career; however, if I had to start over in a new direction completely, I would likely pursue my Degree in Education and become a teacher. Both of my parents were teachers, and they seemed to have a very fulfilling career. I enjoy coaching and leading others so any tasks in my current career that are related to these skills are very welcome."

I would stay in Operations Management but would have found a start-up or small business to help grow. I would have also created a nonprofit organization.

Stephanie's Feedback
It sounds like you've given careful thought to your career path, including how you might do things a little differently if you were starting all over again! In order to create a more impactful response, I suggest including a few more details about what you've learned from your current career path and how you would shift things if you were starting over. For example, you mention wishing that you had started a small business or a start-up. What kind of business? You also mention wishing you'd started a non-profit. What social issue would this non-profit focus on? While it's clear that you have big aspirations, wishing that you could have started a business AND a non-profit may be a bit too much. Can you pick one or the other and flesh out a response with details about exactly what kind of organization would be? Narrowing your focus and adding additional details will strengthen your response.
