Talking about your most significant accomplishment will give your interviewer a firm idea of where you place your values. It will also show the interviewer more about your personality, how you like to be motivated, and how to coach you in the future. It is okay to brag a little bit when answering this question. Show that you are proud of yourself and your career accomplishments and that you can bring this sense of pride to the Doordash team!

"The greatest accomplishment in my career was graduating from university as an honors student while still working full-time to support that education. This accomplishment showed me that I could dedicate myself to my career and reach the goals that I set for myself. It felt great to accomplish so much and be recognized for my dedication in the end. Knowing that Doordash feels that their work is never complete, I can certainly relate to the desire to always achieve more."

When I first came to the US, I was not authorized to work and even though I was qualified and had previously worked for over 3 years, there was a blaring employment gap of almost 6 years in my career. When I was finally able to get my first job, I knew my employer was apprehensive about my being able to spring back from being a homemaker, to a busy and demanding job. Even so, they offered me the job. Within 6 months of my starting work as a contractor at my present company, my supervisor was offering me a full-time position. Within a short duration, they were sponsoring my H1B visa, which was unheard of during those days @ my company. I was among the first IT people at my company who sponsored an H1B visa. I consider that a great achievement to have been able to make an impact in such a short duration.
