What experiences do you have working in a culturally diverse atmosphere?

At Doordash, diversity, equity, and inclusion have become distinct business focuses. In their pursuit to grow and empower the local economies in which they serve, Doordash has emphasized empowering all team members, especially those that come from underrepresented groups. In asking this question, your interviewer wants to hear that you see all of the great aspects of working among a group of culturally diverse colleagues. As you answer, talk about the positive experiences you have had working closely with others from a different background than you. Discuss the things that you learned that you can bring to the Doordash team. This is a great time for you to highlight Doordash's employee resource groups that foster a sense of community for all underrepresented groups at the company.
