This question serves dual purposes. First, the interviewer is assessing your level of expertise in an environment such as theirs by evaluating how accurate your expectations are. Secondly, they are gauging if these are challenges you are working towards to further your career development. Lastly, they are evaluating your overall attitude towards facing these challenges. Interviewers at Danone want assurances that you understand the job description, are capable of navigating the expected challenges of their environment, and even more so, that you are looking forward to them.

"I am looking forward to using my experience as a sales associate to increase product visibility and exceed sales quotas at Danone. I am motivated by the challenge of meeting strict deadlines for client demands. At my previous company, I prioritized listening to customer needs and making sure I was clear on client expectations. I was meticulous about details, checking my numbers at the end of every week and ensuring my clients were fully stocked with all the products they needed."

I am looking forward to enriching my experience in supply chain management to help maximize the efficiency and productivity of Danone's overall supply chain. Since the position is new for me, the biggest challenge would be in learning the planning and implementation of supply chain strategy, analyzing the problems and providing suggestions for process improvements, and maintaining a good relationship with other functions of the company and vendors.
Previously, I initiated an online brand for creative handmade bed stands to learn about micro business and how a company works on a small scale. I learned how to manage the cost of production and how to maximize selling. As an example, I learned to analyze the market trend and plan the supply of materials to adapt it with the demand of the market.
