The work environment at Danone can be fast-paced at times. How do you handle stress?
The interviewer wants to know that you can keep up in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment and are well equipped to handle those pressures. How effectively you're able to manage your professional stress will speak to your level of emotional intelligence. Talk about what you do to decompress and ensure you have control over your emotions rather than allowing your emotions to dictate your responses.
"I handle stress very well, and when you call my references, they will attest to this fact. When I am under pressure on the job, I focus on the task at hand and make sure not to get distracted. Staying on deadline is very helpful, and I will delegate when necessary to alleviate some stress."
"Stress is part of any demanding job, and I embrace it to the fullest. I take good care of myself and prioritize my workload to maintain a healthy balance in my stress levels."

In Business school, I was working on a lot of projects with strict deadlines. So I had to prioritize the tasks and keep a calendar to be able to meet the deadlines and avoid any stressful situations. But if it occurred, I would stay focused on my ability to deliver high-quality work.
