This question serves two purposes. It offers you an opportunity to showcase your merits and desirable traits and tests your stress responses at the same time.
Someone who might be concerned with what their previous employers or coworkers have said might freeze up or stammer in a fear response. This will raise a red flag for two reasons, one being that you have been forthright in your presentation of yourself and the other being that you allow your stress to dictate your responses. However, there is little to fear. It is unlikely they have gone through those efforts before your interview, and the amount a previous employer can disclose is legally limited.
Take a moment to reflect on your relationships with your co-workers. Danone is looking for individuals who are strong communicators and innovative leaders. Think about how your work ethic positively affected everyone on your team and what you contributed to the team's success.
