I like questioning a current way of working and always trying to find new ideas, either collaboratively or individually. One of the ideas I came up with was implementing a profitability tracker to consolidate and evaluate the impact of deals taken YTD on future profitability. This gave better visibility on the direction that the company profit was heading to and allowed a better negotiation strategy.
