What has been the greatest team related project or goal you have been a part of?

"For the last six years, my current administrative position has put me working hand in hand with many employees of my company. This ranges from top-level leaders to our sales staff in the field. Two years ago, I was part of a project team that was searching for a new CRL system for our business and I was honored to be asked to be a part of this team because the role I had in the system would be unique. I brought a very open perspective and willingness to communicate my needs to this team, while also speaking about how our sales, supply chain, and finance teams would be utilizing a new system. My perspective and thoughts were highly valued. I learned a lot from this experience that I can bring to the Canadian Red Cross team."
