This question allows your interviewer to see that you've done your homework on their organization and to hear about where your real passion lies in helping others. With no right or wrong answer here, be sure to elaborate on why this cause is important to you.
"In recent years, I had family members directly impacted by the wildfires that swept across the country. While my family was able to be back on their feet quickly following the loss of homes, I know others weren't. The Canadian Red Cross' support in providing interim housing for a lot of people was so awe-inspiring and really an effort I would love to be a part of in the future should another disaster like this strike."
