"Successful operations management over my career has involved a keen ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in the face of many daily tasks and long-term projects. As you can see from my resume, I've been responsible for clinic operations that involved management of all operations, staff, budget, hiring, and income. Over the last two years in this role, I've been tasked with leading a lot of additional project teams surrounding patient access, quality, and other long-term goals. The key to my success has been having a solid plan, staying organized in my calendar, using a project management tool, and delegating duties as necessary to the right people, at the right time. I know these are skills that will benefit me greatly in this role with the Canadian Red Cross."
