Word of mouth is a great way to spread the passion that the Canadian Red Cross spreads across the country and the world. Your interviewer is curious if you have any experience in talking with someone who has donated their time or has been employed there, to hopefully get the sense that their mission and culture fit with exactly what you are looking for in a new position. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, so be honest. If you have talked with others who have been involved there, discuss the important things that you learned from them that led you to apply. If you haven't, just ensure that you reiterate the homework you have done on the Canadian Red Cross.
