The main mission of this branch of the organization is to keep citizens in their homes as long as possible when health issues arise. Your interviewer wants to hear your thoughts on what the biggest health need is in the region you are being considered to join. "For me, it's the opioid crisis that is happening in Ontario and across the entire country. Drug addiction is a topic that I am passionate about because I have been personally impacted by its effect on a close family member. In recent years, almost 3,000 provincial citizens have died from opioid-related causes and it is so sad to see. I love to see that your OHR Project at the Canadian Red Cross has been making great strides in first aid for opioid poisoning and training the next line of OHR champions around the country."
