Leadership, communication, and teamwork are all incredibly important to Boeing, and many of their internship interview questions uncover where your skills fall in these areas. When it comes to collaboration and leadership, the interviewer truly wants to understand the role that you naturally take on, when put into a team-based environment. Discuss a recent team project, how you generated new ideas and added value to the group.

If you do not have a lot of work experience, you can draw on situations from your high school or post-secondary education. Volunteer experience is highly applicable, as well. Give the interviewer an idea of what you did to contribute, and be sure to mention any accolades you may have received for your excellent contribution.

Remember: Boeing uses behavioral-based questions to conduct interviews, and they advise using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) method when responding. Be sure your answer is highly specific and includes quantifiable details and tangible results.
